Have you ever heard of a float tank?

A sensory deprivation tank (also called floatation tank) is a tank filled with water and Epsom salt, which keeps you floating. The tank is completely dark and you can't hear anything, so it's kind of like floating through space for a while. I suggest a minimum of 90 minutes and I usually do 120 minutes.

it's just you and not your thoughts floating on very salty water. Remember this is You time.

There are many benefits when you float in a flotation tank, your body absorbs the Epsom minerals and your body's magnesium and sulfate levels increase. This helps to calm your nervous system and enhances your body's natural ability to heal. The deep relaxation state that you enter when floating helps to reduce stress by lowering cortisol levels. 

I am able to enter another level of being and awareness. I feel many different things including Gratitude, Love, Understanding and many other things.

And sometimes I do not feel or think of anything. 

Each float is unique to You. I highly recommend you get your float on.
